Why Oceanside Vet Nurses began
After three years working with Shoalhaven clients, a crucial need for reliable pet transport services became clear. By establishing Oceanside Vet Nurses, we aim to address this gap, making pet care more accessible for our community.
Our passion lies in providing the most stress-free visits for pets in their own homes. The positive difference between home visits and clinic visits is undeniable, and we are committed to spreading fear-free care whenever possible.

Meet Kelly, the passionate owner and heart behind Oceanside Vet Nurses.
With 12 years of experience as a Certificate IV Veterinary Nurse, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep love for all animals to every appointment. While she adores all creatures great and small, she has a particular soft spot for cats.
At home, Kelly shares her life with three beloved cats – Phoenix, Zander, and Missy – a Rottweiler cross named Sunny, and two human children who share her boundless love for animals.
This personal connection to pets fuels her commitment to providing the highest standard of compassionate care for your companions.
Emily
Veterinary Nurse

We are so excited to welcome Emily to the OVN team in 2026, helping us bring compassionate veterinary nursing care to even more pets across the Shoalhaven.
Emily is based in Sanctuary Point and brings an incredible 12 years of veterinary nursing experience with her. She completed her studies at Bankstown College and has spent over a decade caring for pets and supporting their families.
Emily’s love for animals started long before nursing — she grew up around horses and spent many years riding and competing in 3 day eventing.
At home, Emily is kept entertained by her beautiful 2-year-old Ragdoll, Indigo. Indigo is no ordinary cat — she loves going on harness walks and even has her very own exercise wheel to run on for fun!
And while Indigo currently rules the house… Emily hopes to one day add a greyhound to the family.
Erin
Veterinary Nurse

We’re so excited to welcome Erin to the OVN team in 2026, helping care for pets in the Nowra area.
Erin has been a veterinary nurse for 7 years, with experience across both general practice and emergency & critical care (ECC). She brings a calm, compassionate approach and is especially passionate about fear-free veterinary care and behaviour modification — helping pets feel safe, understood, and supported during their visits.
Her love for animals started early, growing up around horses, and has continued into both her career and home life. Outside of nursing, Erin shares her life with her dog Travis and her Eclectus parrot Mo.
